The website provides general information about Core Assemblies, Inc. and its electronic assembly capabilities. Content may be changed without notice and does not constitute engineering advice, a guarantee that a particular project can be accepted, or a binding offer.
Requests for quotation
Submitting an RFQ, project description, or file does not create a contract, purchase commitment, production obligation, or guaranteed response time. Any work is subject to technical review, capacity, mutually accepted pricing and requirements, and the terms contained in an approved quotation, purchase order, or other written agreement.
Confidential and controlled information
Submitting the website form by itself does not create an NDA or other confidentiality agreement. If an NDA is required, submit the form without attachments and request an NDA before sharing confidential project files.
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled or ITAR-controlled technical data, payment credentials, passwords, protected health information, or other specially regulated information unless Core Assemblies has approved an appropriate method of transfer in advance.
Your submissions
You represent that you are authorized to submit the information and files you provide and that doing so does not violate another party’s rights, confidentiality obligations, export restrictions, or applicable law. You retain ownership of your materials. You authorize Core Assemblies and its service providers to process them as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your request.
